Assistance Dogs for Achieving Independence (ADAI) is a program of The Ability Center that helps individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence by training and placing service and therapy dogs to assist with the individual’s daily needs.
ADAI graduation marks the end of the two-year professional training period for the assistance dog and the beginning of a lifetime partnership with their forever companion.
We recognize volunteers, trainers, staff, sponsors, and donors who each have a significant role in the success of the dog and the impact of the companionship and support. Graduation events are open to the public and a wonderful experience you won't forget.
