Come join Jill Caruso, ACT’s Consumer Outreach Coordinator, as she explores healthy cooking habits. Some of the activities include understanding the new, revised food pyramid, the power of the coupon, healthy menu planning and hands-on cooking opportunities.
The classes are every Thursday, from 1 to 3 pm, beginning August 6th and running through September 10th. They will be held in the accessible ACT kitchen at the Monroe Street building.
