Your Life Your Dream

The DVD on this page demonstrates the success of a transition partnership implemented in 2008 by the Maumee City Schools and The Ability Center of Greater Toledo with funding support from The Lucas County Board of  Developmental Disabilities. One of the products of this partnership is this DVD which provides information and resources that will assist families with the transition process from school to adult life.
