The Ability Center of Greater Toledo is a non-profit Center for Independent Living. With the assistance of competent, professional staff and the support of volunteers, the Center works for the rights and concerns of people living with disabilities on local, state, regional, and national levels. The center serves seven Ohio counties: Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Williams and Wood with satellite offices in Defiance and Ottawa Counties.

As a member of The Ability Center team you will receive:

• Health and Dental Insurance – Premiums paid by the Center and the employee.
• 401k Retirement Plan - Employee may contribute after 90 days. Employer will contribute 5.5% of salary after 1 yr of employment
• Life Insurance - Entire premium paid by the Center. Allowable amount is 2x annual salary plus $10,000.
