A new partnership has been formed between two area nonprofits to ensure more accessible and affordable homes are being built in the community. ACT is collaborating with Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity to build new homes using universal design principles.

This project will be the first home to incorporate universal design principles which include no-step entry, wide doorways and hallways, and one-floor living to support families throughout their lifetime.
